Chatbots grounded in your own knowledge — internal help desks or customer-facing assistants — capable of Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and accurate because they retrieve from your data. osFoundry is a model-agnostic, bring-your-own-key (BYOK) AI orchestration platform — usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees, local-first and self-hostable, with per-region data pinning or deployment into your own cloud.
How dgm delivers it
Scope the chatbot, ground it in your knowledge on osFoundry, handle the PDPO for any personal data, and keep oversight. osFoundry’s managed cloud pins data to the US, EU or Japan — it does not currently offer a Hong Kong managed region (its nearest managed region is Japan). To keep data in Hong Kong, the honest path is self-hosting osFoundry (BYO Cloud) inside a Hong Kong cloud region such as AWS Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) ap-east-1, Microsoft Azure East Asia (Hong Kong SAR) or Google Cloud asia-east2 (Hong Kong), or running models locally on-device.
Pricing and what to expect
dgm’s pricing is usage-aligned, not per-seat: an indicative HK$3,000 for a first diagnostic and scoping, and from HK$30,000 per month, with no per-user fee for an ongoing engagement. Figures are indicative and depend on scope — and they are dgm’s service pricing, separate from osFoundry’s own usage-based platform pricing.
