dgm’s AI integration service for Hong Kong businesses — connecting osFoundry to the systems you already run, with PDPO-aware data handling.

dgm is an independent osFoundry integration partner — not affiliated with osFoundry’s maker (OS LLC), and dgm has no completed client integrations yet.

dgm offers connecting AI to the systems a Hong Kong business already runs for Hong Kong businesses — built on osFoundry, the model-agnostic platform dgm implements. Because dgm has no completed integrations yet, what follows is the service as offered, not a past result.

What AI integration involves

Integration is the hard part of AI: getting a model to read from and write to your real systems — CRM, ERP, document stores, email — safely and reliably. osFoundry is a model-agnostic, bring-your-own-key (BYOK) AI orchestration platform — usage-based pricing with no per-seat fees, local-first and self-hostable, with per-region data pinning or deployment into your own cloud. dgm connects it to your stack so AI works on your actual data, not a demo.

How dgm delivers it

dgm starts with a scoped diagnostic, builds one integration end to end with a human in the loop, then expands once it proves value. osFoundry’s managed cloud pins data to the US, EU or Japan — it does not currently offer a Hong Kong managed region (its nearest managed region is Japan). To keep data in Hong Kong, the honest path is self-hosting osFoundry (BYO Cloud) inside a Hong Kong cloud region such as AWS Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) ap-east-1, Microsoft Azure East Asia (Hong Kong SAR) or Google Cloud asia-east2 (Hong Kong), or running models locally on-device.

Pricing and what to expect

dgm’s pricing is usage-aligned, not per-seat: an indicative HK$3,000 for a first diagnostic and scoping, and from HK$30,000 per month, with no per-user fee for an ongoing engagement. Figures are indicative and depend on scope — and they are dgm’s service pricing, separate from osFoundry’s own usage-based platform pricing.

Where dgm fits

dgm is an independent integration partner that helps Hong Kong businesses adopt osFoundry — scoping a first use case, handling the build, and connecting AI to the systems you already run. dgm is independent of osFoundry’s maker (OS LLC) and has no completed client integrations yet, so everything described here is a service offered, not a past result. If you want to scope a practical first project, dgm can help you map it out.
